Eximag is structured and organised to guarantee a corporate management system that is based on fulfilling a series of requirements that are oriented towards satisfying customer needs.
For these reasons, Eximag has adopted a certified Quality Management System (QMS), compliant with UNI EN ISO standards in order to promote continuous improvement, a process by means of which the analysis of the results obtained from the various daily activities becomes the main driver of change.
The common purpose of all the standards is to pursue the improvement and growth of company performance. As a certified company, Eximag has identified internally its areas of strategic activities and the wide-spread attribution of responsibility, thereby obtaining the full involvement of internal resources in pursuing company objectives.
